What Kind of albums can you make?
Any type and size of album as long as you have the dimensions and file format given by the CD manufacturing company of your choice. (some examples: Kunaki, Disc Makers) Most CD printing companies have Photoshop and/or Illustrator files which graphics can be added to directly.
Depending on the printing process, most require 300 dpi (dots per inch) which makes the album look sharp and clean. They also will need the graphics in either RGB or CYMK format. This is important because if not formatted to the manufacturer’s specification, your album’s colors will not come out correctly and/or look blurry.
What do you need from me?
For a basic album, the name of the album, a description of what style your looking for, and any text you would like to have on the front and/or back. I will also need your bar code to put on the back of your album and any photographs of yourself and/or scenery you would like. (fyi: Please have the full copyrights to use the photos and/or paintings you would like to have on your album graphics) The larger the photo and/or painting, the better the resulting album.
How long will it take to complete?
Depends on how elaborate you are looking for in a design or how many other project I have going on. Most album designs take around a week to complete if all photographs and text is provided. Any changes can increase the turn over time for an album.
Ok. How much will it cost?
Cost depends on the size of the album and how many custom graphics you need me to create in house. Basic designs that involve only professional photographs and custom paintings (provided by you) can cost around $300 and go up from there.
